A Minor Note (It Ain’t Me, Babe)

It’s come to my attention recently that there appears to be a new aggregator weblog called Orthodoxy and Heterodoxy. I just wanted to let you know that I have nothing at all to do with that site and that, even though you may see some items from me there, whoever is making those posts is republishing my material (and that of some other writers, too) without permission and outside the normal boundaries of “fair use” in copyright law and custom.
Thanks for your attention.
Update: The site owner has agreed to take the material down and bring it into compliance with copyright law.

Thanks for the heads up.
My guess is that somebody thought it would be a great idea to “squat” on the domain name to try to get you or somebody else to pay them more for it down the road.

My bad! I’m the offender and all has been remedied, and I have corresponded privately with Fr. Andrew extending my deepest apologies. And Richard Barrett, that is what I would ‘normally’ do, but not in the Church. You gave me a great idea, and that is to offer Fr. Andrew or anybody of his choice the domain name, no charge. I also have the .org if this sounds like something that would benefit his ministry…on the house! Love to all, in Christ.
